Diwali time

Hey folks,

Hope all of you doing good😀? Well its Diwali time in India, and the preparations have already started😊. Almost a month prior, cleaning of our house becomes utmost important for us. Almost in every household, before Diwali this is the most important thing that rings a bell🙍🏽and obviously later would be cooking delicious different sweet desserts👩🏽‍🍳.
Now people who don’t know what is this festival all about, I would like to say something about it. Diwali is the Hindu festival of lights which signifies the triumph of good over evil. It is a five day celebration where people decorate their homes and light them to show the power of light over darkness. Gifts and sweets are bought and exchanged with families and friends. Rangolis are made in homes and the house is lightened by diyas all around.
Now I and my husband got time yesterday for cleaning our home and I know that we are already late😕! So we had to clean in a day’s time and that’s a big task in itself😐. So we started around 1pm in the afternoon and without any breaks in between, we went on constant till 7pm and we made it, we cleaned our house🤓. Still, we had to shop for a few things and after quickly taking shower, doing our evening Pooja we left for our other task. We were just on water the complete day and were very hungry🙁, but we made sure we bought our stuff first and then thought of relaxing! We came back at home late 12:30am, with happiness on our face of making sure our Diwali is full of lights and happiness around😄.

Though today, we got up with severe pains in our body🤕🤧😓 and still we have to do a few things before our Diwali days start. Doing things together, be it cleaning or shopping or decorating, I enjoy it completely and thanks to my husband who made sure I am not alone in anything👫. Love him for doing everything possible and not thinking that it’s only my job to do. Celebrating Diwali together with your family adds up to your happiness and I will surely miss my family who is on a small trip to our village and especially my nephew Kiyaan 😘who is too away on a trip. Will upload some photos soon on my blog 🙂.

So guys Wish you a very Happy Diwali🎇🎉 and enjoy your Diwali and be safe and let others be safe too. Spread Happiness 🙂.
